Imperfect Plans With breakfast out of the way we got down to planning how we were going to get Mark, Geoff and Charlie out of police custody. The first step was to find out on what basis they were being held. Once we knew that we could get some lawyers to work on getting them out. The cell had plenty of money for that sort of thing, and while we needed to co-ordinate it, it was by far the easiest way of getting someone out of a police cell. That said we had some pretty wild back-up plans just in case bail was refused. We’d heard some pretty unsavoury things about where people like us went when we were detained indefinitely on public safety grounds. Imperfect – Scene 04 – Recce
Imperfect Recce Rosie and I found Cat at the studio where they both worked, she was still at work editing some of last night’s footage before narrow casting it to the subscription channels they contributed content to. Cat was surprised to see us both together, but offered us some coffee from the filter machine on the kitchen counter. I made some more coffee while Rosie filled in Cat on what we knew so far. The studio was an only very slightly converted two bedroom flat. The kitchen served as the main editing suite, as well as sometimes being used for making cookery videos. Character Profile – Cat Lewis
Cat Lewis is the fourth ‘perfect’ living in the shared house. Like the others she also grew up in Dawkins House. Cat has a very technical bent, and understands how things work. She doesn’t get overtly involved in Charlie’s nefarious activities, but knows about them and sometimes helps out behind the scenes. Physical description Cat is about 22, slim, average height and with black hair and an elfin face with large blue eyes. Her hair is just below the shoulder, although it is often tied up somehow. She dresses in black most of the time, although varies her clothes according to the social situation, getting glammed up with Rosie when they go out clubbing or to a party.
